What File Format Are the AJM Online Store (Phoenix Rising Publications’) Products In?
All Ebooks are in PDF format only. Some Ebooks or Digital Books may be in epub format as well. They are not in hard copy. All Audio Programs are in mp3 format available for dowload only. They are not on CD’s and are not shipped out. Videos are in mpg4 format and they are also not in any hard copy or shipped out to you and will be available for electronic download only.

What Do I Get if I Subscribe to this Site?
Coming soon, a monthly subscription for $11.99 which provide with you wilth access to A.J. Mahari in 2 Private LIve Streams a month wherein you will be responded to personally in a group format. 1 Private subscriber's only audio or video per month. One motivational/informational PDF download per month.
Does A.J. Mahari Do Group Sessions?
Group Sessions are coming soon. Please check back. Plans are to have 4 particpants in each group for 90 minutes a week. If you are interested in A.J. Mahari's Group Sessions they will be $49.99 a month and each group of 4 will have common issues. For example, people with BPD will be in separate groups from loved ones or Ex's of people with BPD. People in recovery for Codependency will be in a separate group. Adult children of BPD or NPD parents will be in a separate group and so on.
Check back for more and times as people let us know they want to participate. We will have purchase detial up here soon and please use the contact form on this site if you are interested in group sessions so we can slot you for a group.
Committment for group sessions is minimum of one month.
Do I need an Ebook Reader or an Mp3 Player?
No. You do not need any ebook reader device to read our ebooks. And, no, you do not need an mp3 player to play and listen to our Audio Programs. Ebooks can be read on your computer via Adobe reader which is available free online. Audio Programs can listened to using your computer in itunes or Windows Media Player or any other program on your computer that plays mp3’s.
How Will I Download My Purchase From Phoenix Rising Publications?
Upon the completion of your payment via PayPal (either a purchase from your paypal account or via a credit card) you will be sent an email with the web url where you can login and enter the username and password provided in that email. This email will come to you from sales@phoenixrisingpublication.ca – Please make sure that you check the email that you made your purchase with and that you check your spam folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox within a few minutes of completing your purchase.
How Will I Receive My Purchased Product(s)?
All of the products available here for purchase from Phoenix Rising Publications are digital products that are available for electronic download on your computer upon purchase only.
Does Phoenix Rising Publications Ship My Purchase to Me?
No. All products purchased from Phoenix Rising Publications on this website are digital products that you must download. Products available on this website are not in hard copy. They will not be shipped to you.
Why has my Product Access Expired?
From the time you complete your purchase, your username and password are active in our database for you to access and download your digital products. If, for any reason you do not download your product(s) within this time frame the system automatically locks access. In this case, please email us at the email address below and let us know that you need to have your access extended and we will do that for you one time.
I have a dial-up/wireless internet connection why are my downloads failing?
Downloading large files can be difficult on a dial-up or wireless connection. A download manager can help by resuming the download if your connection is lost and later re-established. Two popular programs are ReGet Deluxe and Download Accelerator Plus (DAP). Please note we do not supply technical support for these programs.

How Do I Arrange A Life Coaching Session After Purchase?
Upon the completion of your purchase/payment for any life coaching services, separately or bundled with other products from Phoenix Rising Publications AJM Online Store, you will receive an email from A.J. Mahari that will provide you with an email address, pre-session questions and an email from A.J. Mahari within 48 hours (usually faster) after your purchase. To email A.J. Mahari please use this site's contact form.
Do I Have To Arrange My Life Coaching Session Immediately?
No. You have up to 30 days after any life coaching session (or program) purchase to email A.J. Mahari and arrange to schedule your session(s). Please contact A.J. within this time period so that you do not lose the time that you have purchased. A.J. Mahari will contact you within 48 hours of your purchase. It is up to you if you respond quickly or within the above named time period. If you do respond more that 5 days later please also provide a copy of your PayPal purchase receipt so that we can locate you very quickly and respond quickly.
